SHIPPING & RETURN

SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost is Euro 4,90 throughout Italy.
For other European countries the shipping costs are (VAT excluded):

Free shipping from 60 € purchase.
Shipments are made by courier BRT.

DELIVERY METHODS
For every order Rust Factory emits sales document of the material sent. For the issuance of the invoice, to the information provided by the customer when ordering. The customer may request a copy of the invoice or receipt within a period of three months from the issue.
The delivery costs are paid by the customer and are indicated during the order process.
No responsibility can be attributed to Rust Factory in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered;
- That the number of packages is as specified in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch of the indications, must be immediately reported to the carrier to control by putting WRITTEN, on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the document courier, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered.
If you fail to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer, the pack will return to the sender (us) and the customer will have to pay a second expedition (equal to € 10.00) including the costs of storage.
The products not delivered will be assigned to the public after 15 days (evidence shall be the date of the registered letter sent to your address) of storage at our office.


RETURN:
Send us back the product within 14 days of receiving it.
"The return" must be intact (no sign of wear or tear, still attached label on the clothes, soles of new shoes, etc ..) in its original packaging.
The exchange will only occur once per item (different extent of the same product and / or of the same color) or of equal value in case it is no longer available.

To recap:
1- resend, at your expense, to our address, with your courier or by the post office. *
2- we receive your product, check it and send it back as soon as possible the right size (or the right number) you communicated to us via e-mail.
3 - (ONLY ITALY) - ship it at our expense the product changed

** There are no shipments for products already changed earlier (Order modified or made in the course already made).
