RF POINTS is the reward system that allows customers to gain discount on future orders.

For every order you place you earn some RF POINTS depending on the amount spent and they can be converted in voucher for future orders on Rust Factory.

The RF POINTS are accumulated on your account with every order placed. When you reach the amount of points you want to spend you just have to go on your account; go to MY POINTS and convert all your RF POINTS.

Every customer gains 1 RF POINT for every 1.5 € spent (freight costs doesn’t count). For example, for an order of 60 € you  receive 40 RF POINTS. Every RF POINTS has a valor of 0.05 €

The RF POINTS are cumulated in your account and they are not transferable to other account.

The RF POINTS are convertible in money but they can be used only to place orders on www.rustfactory.it

The RF POINTS lasts one year.

In case of refund or returned products there won’t be generated any other RF POINTS.
